I redesigned the ‘Order Placed’ screen to enhance user confidence by making tracking and contact information immediately accessible, ensuring a transparent and supportive post-purchase experience.

Created a clean, modern layout featuring a clear tracking progress bar and prominently placed customer support contacts (email, phone, WhatsApp). The design emphasizes hierarchy, readability, and mobile-friendly controls.
